  13. Try the text "Numerical Recipes in C" by Press, Vettering, Teukolsky and
  14. Flannery,1992, Cambridge University Press. This book contains a wealth of
  15. C source code for all kinds of numerical methods, including linear systems
  16. and matrix operations. I have also seen some FTP sites that provide files
  17. of the source code on this book.
